The Ocean VII is a luxurious cruising liveaboard roaming in Indonesia’s most stunning destinations. Built with steel for durability and designed with elegance, she accommodates up to 24 guests in 13 spacious rooms, with six rooms located on the lower deck and seven rooms on the upper deck. Among these, two single Rooms on the lower deck provide added privacy for guests seeking a more intimate setting.
Guests can enjoy a variety of onboard amenities, including the indoor dining room, which offers a refined atmosphere, and a spacious dive deck designed for effortless preparation for underwater adventures. For underwater enthusiasts, the camera room is available to store and prepare gear for capturing marine life. The outdoor bar is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshing drinks while soaking in the scenic views, and the sundeck features lazy beds for ultimate relaxation. After a day of exploration, the communal jacuzzi provides a soothing retreat.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Ambon (1 Check Dive)
Begin your journey in Ambon, where you’ll board the liveaboard and settle in. After a quick orientation, take a check Dive at Laha or Twilight Zone, Ambon’s renowned muck dive sites. Discover fascinating critters like frogfish, ghost pipefish,and nudibranchs as you explore these unique waters.
Day 2: Pulau Suanggi (4 Dives)
Today, we reach Pulau Suanggi, a remote island known for its vibrant reefs and abundant marine life. Spend the day diving four thrilling sites, where steep walls and clear waters create perfect conditions to spot pelagic species, reef sharks, and schools of barracuda. The impressive coral gardens here make for unforgettable underwater landscapes.
Day 3: Manuk Island (4 Dives)
Manuk, or "Snake Island," is famous for its volcanic activity and unique underwater environment. Dive spots like Coconut Corner and Bubble Reef feature geothermal bubbles rising from the seafloor, surrounded by vibrant corals. Manuk’s waters are known for sightings of sea snakes, reef sharks, and big schools of fish. This extraordinary diving experience will leave you in awe.
Day 4: Banda Neira (3 Dives + Fort Belgica Visit)
Arrive in Banda Neira, a historic island with a unique blend of diving and culture. Begin with three dives at sites like Lava Flow, where healthy coral formations bloom over ancient lava from past volcanic eruptions. In the afternoon, explore Fort Belgica, a well-preserved Dutch fort from the colonial spice trade era. A cultural highlight, this tour immerses you in the rich history of the Banda Islands.
Day 5: Banda Neira (4 Dives)
Back to the water today for four dives at renowned Banda Neira sites: Pohon Miring, Lava Flow, Tanjung Buton, and Karang Hatta. Each site offers spectacular coral walls, reefs bustling with marine life, and sightings of pelagic fish, including the chance for hammerhead sightings. The diverse marine ecosystem and volcanic seascapes here make Banda one of Indonesia's premier dive destinations.
Day 6: Ameth Wall & Slope (2 Dives)
Sail toward Ameth, known for its impressive wall and sloping reef. Enjoy two final dives exploring Ameth Wall & Slope, where dramatic drop-offs and rich coral cover provide a stunning farewell to your underwater adventure. Keep an eye out for vibrant reef fish, turtles, and coral fans in these beautiful waters.
Day 7: Return to Ambon & Check Out
Arrive back in Ambon in the morning. After a final breakfast onboard, disembark and bid farewell, carrying memories of an incredible week exploring the Banda Sea’s world-class dive sites and historic islands. Requirements for Scuba Diving :
The minimum experience is an AOWD equivalent with 50 dives
We assume that all the divers are capable of swimming in the ocean as they passed the AOWD certification
